The village is on the merge of a beautiful lake (hence its name "bewitched lake"). Lots of paths pass through the village and continue up to nearby waterfalls. Consequently, in the summer, some tourists come to enjoy a trip.

Waste is a really important issue in this village because it is located in the “Mata atlantica” which is a forest protected by UNESCO legislation. Inhabitants are not aware of their environment richness.
